North America Operations and Technology

Citi’s Consumer Information Technology Division, including North America Information Technology, is a strategic partner throughout our Operations businesses.  Our objective is to support Citi in generating revenue growth through the delivery of integrated technology solutions which make our company more competitive in the marketplace and put our customers first.  With over 5,000 employees in primary technology centers across the U.S., we support Citi Cards (including Citi Assurance Services), Retail Distribution (Citibank, CitiFinancial, Primerica, Auto, Real Estate Lending and Student Loans), and our Commercial Business Group.
