Citicorp Software and Technology Services (Shanghai) Limited (CSTS), a subsidiary of Citi established in 2002 and based in Shanghai, China, provides software development and related technical services. CSTS operates as an Offshore Development Center focused on Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) support exclusively for Citi businesses in 40 countries across Asia Pacific, Japan, EMEA and USA.
