ITO is a critical technology arm of the Global Consumer Group.  The coverage spans across a business footprint of 49 countries across Asia, Japan, EMEA and Latin America, supporting 27 languages over 12 time zones.  ITO proactively delivers best-in-class innovative technology-based business solutions to provide superior benefits and services to customers.  Over the years, ITO has developed full competency in all strategic technology platforms to support the International Consumer Business. It has developed and implemented systems holistically covering, Retail Banking, Cards, Citifinance, Data Warehouse and Customer Touch Points technologies. ITO also supports the International Private Bank and the International GTS Commercial Cards Business, enabling the leverage of the core consumer platforms across Citi.
