What is Capital Markets Origination?
Capital Markets Origination (CMO) helps companies grow. By advising our clients about fund raising through the equity and equity-linked markets, they can acquire other companies and invest in new machinery or technology. Structuring, marketing, distribution and allocation of new capital raisings such as Initial Public Offerings, American or Global Depositary Receipts and Convertible Bonds is a significant part of our business.  CMO also provides advice to clients on how to communicate with the market, both during a transaction and in the after-market.

Our work involves daily interaction with bankers salesmen or traders and institutional investors, and since we tend to work in small teams there is a high level of contact with our clients - to whom we often talk on a daily or weekly basis about the markets.
