Our interview process for the full-time graduate program will
commence in March 2009, for summer internships it will commence in
July 2009.
Below is an outline of the recruitment process
(Graduate program and summer internship program) from application
received to offer:
- Stage 1: Application is
reviewed by Graduate Recruitment and the Business
- Stage 2: Online
psychometric testing
- Stage 3: First round
interviews: Competency based phone interviews
- Stage 4: Second round
interviews: Competency based interviews with Australia
Senior Associates and VPs
- Stage 5: Final round
interviews: Competency based interviews with Managing Directors and
Directors
- Stage 6: Offer extended by
Business; follow up by Graduate Recruitment
We are recruiting 2010 Class Sales &
Trading Graduate Trainees and 2009/’10 Class Sales & Trading
Summer Interns into Sydney.
