Full-time Analyst program

To do well in this role, you must be a results-oriented and highly numerate individual. You must have superior academic performance, solid quantitative ability, and first class analytical skills. More importantly, you must have a strong desire to develop a sound understanding of the industry or the environment.

But it’s just as important that you have the confidence and credibility to build relationships with clients, and possess excellent communication skills. Not to mention that we expect you to work well independently and effectively in a team, while exhibiting the highest commitment to integrity and ethical decision making. You also need to exhibit flexibility, adaptability, and resilience to work in a challenging environment, and can work under pressure on multiple projects.

Summer Analyst program

To do well in this role, you must be a pro-active and self motivated individual, who are willing to take responsibility and adapt to change. A financial background is not a must but you do need to possess solid quantitative and analytical abilities, and can work under pressure on multiple tasks.

You must have proven academic performance and intellectual curiosity. But it’s just as important that you demonstrate commitment and a positive attitude at all times. You need to be confident, mature, and be able to communicate and execute your ideas successfully. Not to mention that you can work independently and in a team.

In order to be considered for the Summer Analyst Program, you need to be a pen-ultimate year student (undergraduate or masters) from a reputable university.
