Regional Service Centre
(RSC)
Citi’s RSC is an award-winning processing hub
that supports Citi’s securities & funds services operations in
16 countries in Asia Pacific. It is ISO 9000 certified and
its focus on process excellence drives it to continuously enhance
service delivery and improve customer satisfaction, earning it
external recognition year after year.
Regional Cash Process Management Unit
(RCPMU)
Citi’s RCPMU was set up in Singapore in
1992. It is the Asia Pacific hub for Cash Management
Processing and a one-stop centre that designs and implements
cash management solutions to meet customers' unique transaction
needs.
With a staff strength of about 200
working in 20 time shifts, the hub processes Cross Border Payments
& Collections, Domestic Payments & Collections, GIRO
Payments & Collections, Payroll Processing, Global Clearing
Plus, WorldLink/PayLink Checks, Liquidity Management, Customer
Contacts and Investigation.
